More Otways Walking
Frank and I went down to do some more walking with Carol and Stephen in the Otways a week or two ago. We managed to fit in three walks despite the cold wet weather and the fact that I had finally succumbed to one of the colds going around at work.
We did a couple of short walks on the Friday, The Gables Lookout and The Wreck beach.
On Saturday we did Milanesia Beach to Ryans Den despite intermittent showers, although it poured down on Frank when he was retrieving the car from the Milanesia Beach end after the walk. I think Frank won the award for wettest person for the weekend. We all arrived back rather muddy and wet. I think everyone fell over in the mud except Steve, not sure how he managed to stay upright.

Frank has Carol's photos to post to the blog when he has time.
There was a free local paper in the place we had lunch at on the Friday. I couldn't get over how many $1 million plus places there were up for sale. I think Frank sometimes wishes we had stretched ourselves and bought the block we saw on the Great Ocean Road all those years ago, but then hindsight is a wonderful thing :-)
