Alligator Gorge

The last long walk we did was the Alligator Gorge loop walk at Mount Remarkable National Park, which was around 9km. It had rained almost none stop since about 5pm the previous night but it looked like it was clearing up so off we went. Down some steps (not a s many as MacKenzie Falls) and then along the floor of the Gorge for about a km or so before walking back up to the Blue Gums car park. Then downhill again abefore starting the long climb up the "Long Hill" I reckon it went uphill for about 4km. Then back down to the floor of the Gorge in another spot before returning to the foot of the steps.
